sftp server

Hey guys,

I'm not sure how to compile openssh with the sftp-server. There doesn't seem to be any switches listed in the INSTALL doc. And when I complied it as is, the sftp-server won't accept connections and it doesn't look like it's installed, though the client is. SCP works fine as does ssh. FYI: I also compiled ssh to use a different port, not sure if that makes a difference to the sftp-server.
