Why are you advocating using 'ssh-keygen' as root to create normal user accounts?

So now I make keys for the first account giving it a bogus passhprase like so...

baal: {666} su
Password:

baal: {1} umask 77
baal: {2} cd /home/moloch/.ssh
baal: {3} ssh-keygen -t rsa -b 2048 -C "moloch@baal.amalekite.net" \
-N BogusPassphraseForMoloch
Generating public/private rsa key pair.
[..]

If you did this as 'moloch' user you'd not have to do any silly chown stuff.

Overall I find this document to be needly complex.
