debug info for failed connection

Hello,

Recently, a ssh connection that _was_ working stopped working..heres the deal:

client is using SSH Secure Shell 2.4.0 (non-commercial version) my server is using OpenSSH_3.5p1

Upon trying to connect from client I get the following:
