There are no 'signed' keys in OpenSSH. There is a X.509 CA patch floating around (I don't have it handy). And I'm not sure I'd seen the advantage of being told by entrust, versign, etc that I'm secure to connect to my own server. I find most CA's pricing to be a totally and utterly a ripoff, but that is my view. =)
