Problem with Private/Public Key

Dear all,
now I am working with the OpenSSH_3.0.2p1, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0 OpenSSl 0x0090603F on a Linux SuSE 8.0.
I use this ssh to interconnect CVS server and clients using DSA-PPK generated by ssh-keygen. It worked well for 34 days and now the private/public key is not recognized anymore by SSH. It always asks for the password even though I have generated new PPK. Before that I installed MySQL 4.0.11.
Does this MySQL installation affect the PPK ? Or does the PPK itself an expiration time / aging ?

Any help and suggestions are welcomed.
Thank you very much.

Best regards,
Agustinus Tedja
