allowing ssh login then allowing sftp only

Can anyone help with the following situation: running openssh on red hat linux 7.1 Currently I've a client setup with rssh, allowing only scp and sftp access. But the client needs an interactive login (due to some gui they've to run to login to my server) and then use sftp to transfer files. Question is, is it possible to setup the client so that he has ssh login available, but restrict him to sftp only. TIA Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
