ssh through squid proxy

Hi,

Does anybody know if its possible and how to "tunnel" with putty or free ssh from windows or open ssh from linux a ssh connection through a squid proxy (my only way to connect to internet)? What are the settings needed for squid? The error message i get is "403 Forbidden"...
