OpenSSH themselves do not make binaries available for anything but OpenBSD and some flavours of x86 Linux.

Your requirement cannot be satisfied. You need to adjust your requirements or accept the fact of life without OpenSSH.

You have (at least) two options I can think of:

  • Download the source and compile it on your own machine
  • Download binaries from sunfreeware.org

If neither of these is acceptable, then you're obviously not going to use OpenSSH at all.
