SSH RSA Authentication

Hello all, hopefully someone can answer this.

I'm using OpenSSH version 3.4 patch 1 with RSA authentication between various servers. Occassionally I run into a situation where the host fingerprint is not in the known_hosts file which prompts you to enter yes/no to accept the key. Is there a way to tell SSH (or SCP) to automatically accept the key? I'm using Expect for Perl as a quick fix, but in the long run I was hoping for something a little cleaner (and faster).

Thanks,
