Hi,
i've forgotten to say you:

after you've made that procedure , you have to create authtorization file:

$ cat $HOME_USER/.ssh/id_dsa.pub >> $HOME_USER/.ssh/authorized_keys
$ cat $HOME_USER/.ssh/id_rsa.pub >> $HOME_USER/.ssh/authorized_keys

chown $USER:$HIS_GROUP $HOME_USER/.ssh/authorized_keys
