Question on OpenSSH

Hi Support Center,
I have a question on how do we configure openssh with the support of tcp wrappers?
I have read thru the INSTALL document and one of the line saying that :
--with-tcp-wrappers will enable TCP Wrappers (/etc/hosts.allow|deny)
support. You will need libwrap.a and tcpd.h installed. How do we get the libwrap.a and tcpd.h installed? I have the following error when i run the configure : ./configure --with-pam --disable-suid-ssh --without-rsh
--with-prngd-socket=/var/spool/prngd/pool --with-tcp-wrappers
--with-ssl-dir=/usr/local/ssl
Error :
checking for libwrap... configure: error: *** libwrap missing

Pls guide to me resolve this problem.
