public sig keys

I'm looking for pgp (or gpg) public signature keys to compare against the sig file that comes with the openssh source. I'm not finding anything that stands out. There's no mention of them on the openssh web site.

Yet, openssh-3.6.1p1.tar.gz.sig does exist. I've looked at the public key servers out there, and there are some keys from people with openssh addresses, but...

I've also tried looking at the archives of this list, entering a few search strings, but no go.

Any hints?
