'safe *enough' is completely subjective. There are lots of reasons it might be unsafe, but none of those have to do with openssh.

It completely depends on what version of openssh you are running. Try # sshd -V
and
# ssh -V

> If yes please tell the exploit as well as way to make 'my system'

You want to be running at least version 3.4 of openssh. Also, openssl just had a security vulnerability released, all versions prior to the most current are susceptible.
