RE: public/private keys on openssh for windows

Just so everyone knows. I finally figured out what I was doing wrong and everything seems to work now! I had to set strictmodes to no in order to make it work. I set the permissions to NT equilivent security as unix 700 folder and 600 files but still didn't work. As long as I secure the file via ntfs, I should be ok.

Thanks!

Subject: public/private keys on openssh for windows

Hi All,
I am having a terrible time setting up public key authentication on openssh for widows. I cannot find any info on how to correctly (googling to death here) configure openssh for windows to use private/public keys. I have the readme but it doesn't have clear information. Does anyone know how or where I can find info on this? I found how to configure it on the *nix platform but doesn't seem to apply or work the same on windows - it could just be me also.

Thanks for any input!

Cheers,
