scp problem after openssh upgrade on solaris 7

Hi,

I'm in a process of upgrading openssh daemon for multiple solaris 7 servers.

On only one server, i've got an error after the upgrade :

situation:

from solaris 7 sparc with openssh 3.0.2
to still solaris 7 with openssh 3.6.1p1

the daemon is running normally, i'm able to connect with ssh (version 1 and 2) but i'm unable to do a scp. The files transfer doesn't start and the following error is displayed : "could not create socket pairs : permission denied".

the sshd_config is a basic one with root login disabled and key authentication.

if root login is accepted, i can do a scp with the root account but other accounts can't.

Do you need help?X

any idea for the source of this error ?

i used the openssh package for solaris 7 available on sunfreeware.com and followed the installation guide on
