building openssh 3.6.1p2

I'm trying to build openssh 3.6.1p2 with krb4/krb5/AFS support. I'm trying to get it built with openafs 1.2.8 and mit kerberos 1.2.8.

Couple of questions:

1 - is it OK to try to use MIT kerberos 1.2.8 for kerberos 4 support? (krb4 is apparently needed for AFS support). I had to add the 1.2.8 include/kerberosIV directory to the include path for it to find krb.h and expect to pick up libkrb.so from the MIT kerberos 1.2.8 lib directory. Is it ok to pick up kerberos 4 headers and libs from mit kerberos? There is a krb.h header in the openafs src (src/WINNT/afsd/krb.h), I take it this is not what I want.

2 - During the build, I get:

> sshconnect1.c:31:18: kafs.h: No such file or directory
> In file included from sshconnect1.c:52:
> auth.h:121:18: kafs.h: No such file or directory

I'm looking in the openafs source, and I don't see kafs.h. Not sure where I should be picking this up from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
