Whether SSH2_MSG_IGNORE message is "ignored" in OpenSSH ??

Whether SSH2_MSG_IGNORE message is ignored by OpenSSH Server ? Looks like it is sending back SSH2_MSG_UNIMPLEMENTED message !!

Drafts tells that this message should be ignored at all time (after receiving
the protocol version)...

I was using openssh-3.1p1
