My advice would be to buy RedHat in a bookstore, since the box contains a book/manual. I don't know how RedHat does things, but if the book is as good as the SuSE books, this is wat you want :-). Further there are loads of sites filled with information/textfiles/manpages/documentation/how-to's about Linux in general and RedHat in particular, Google is your friend.
