NT group policy (SAM enum issues)

('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is)

My W2k Domain policy restricts enumeration of Netbios info by null users, However even though some machines show that they enherited the policy I can still enumerate user accounts and shares as a null user. Any Idea's what could be allowing the enumeration?
