comcast blocking ipsec traffic?

Has any else noticed that Comcast seems to have started to block ipsec traffic this morning around 10AM EDT? A number of our home VPN users experienced complete loss of connectivity around this time. I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed the same behavior today... We just changed our configuration to work around the problem.
