Job Title: Security Specialist

Job Description:
Will primarily serve as the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) and be responsible for preparation of Information Systems Security Plans (ISSPs) and obtaining Government accreditation of computers systems for use to process classified information. Will also assist as CSSO on Special Programs within SCIFs and SAPs and be responsible for Security Administration from the pre-construction phase through accreditation. Will assist Director in other areas of Security Administration as needed.  

Required Skills:
Level of Work Experience Required: __Must have good working rapport and/or liaison with User Agency (Customer) Security P.O.C.s, Defense Security Service (DSS), and a complete understanding of AIS & SCIF approval processes.  

Level of Education, Skill, Experience Required: _HS Diploma/GED. 5 years security experience relating to NISPOM, DSS, SCIFs, SAPs, & AIS._

Location: This full-time position located in Annapolis, Maryland

Clearance: Security clearance is required.
