Needed for Long term contract w/Full benefits-SYSTEMS ENGINEER/CI SSP

SYSTEMS ENGINEER/CISSP EXPERIENCE
Must have 5-8 years of experience as well as a CISSP. Experience evaluating, reporting, and proposing solutions implementing digital signatures in Oracle 9i relational database applications. Experience using various security protocols related to web services such as Digital Signature, Digital Certificates, PKI, XML DSIG, SML Encryption, S/MIME, SSL etc. in proposing solutions to management that meet current and future requirements. Cryptography and cryptographic protocols, Mandatory Access Control (TE and RBAC), SSH, Key Management, IPsec, PKI, smart cards, PAM, UNIX system security, Intrusion Detection, system logging, firewall experience. Knowledge of Portal, EPM, Enterprise WebLogic, a plus. Preferred Experience with: Security architecture, tools and products. Oracle as a developer and preferably as a DBA. Understanding of Object Modeling. UML skills (OO modeling using UML representation - static and dynamic modeling). Experience w/J2EE Development (JSPs, Servlets, EJBs) Thorough understanding and hands on experience with all of the following: Various messaging architecture and technologies. Web services technologies- protocols, standards (SOAP, WSDL, etc.). Implementation of Digital Signature on an Enterprise level Various XML standards such as XML, Scheme, DTD, XPath, XSLT. IT Strategy and Architecture. IT Incident Investigation and Response. IT Policy Generation and Enforcement. Strong Authentication System Operation - RSA Security. Vulnerability Scanning and Exploit Demonstration. RESPONSIBILITY

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Specializing in Computer Security or related field such as Mathematics as well as a CISSP. Due to contractual requirements selected candidate must have a successful National Agency Check (NAC) upon hire.
