Seeking Full-time InfoSec Position

All,

I will be graduating in May 2003 with a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, and I am looking for job in Information Security.

I have geared my studies here at Purdue towards a career in Computer Security. Relevant coursework: Computer Security, Advanced Information Assurance, Computer Forensics Literature Review, Security in Ad Hoc Networks, Cryptography, and Internetworking. My research here as been in Computer Forensics and Intrusion Detection (I have been involved in both the CERIAS Computer Forensics Research Group, and the CERIAS Intrusion Detection Research Group). I have strong programming skills (C/C++, Java) and lots of networking experience (TCP/IP). More skills are highlighted in my resume at: http://www.onlineapparatus.com/resume.php

I am interested in a number of different types of jobs in the computer security arena (a combination of these categories would be even better):

• Penetration Testing / Vulnerability Assessment
• Consulting (Secure Network Design, Security Policy)
• Development of Security tools
• Development of Secure software

I will be available in June 2003 (perhaps May if really needed) and I should have no problems getting a security clearance (U.S. citizen, clean history). I would like to work in the U.S., but anywhere in the country is fine.
