RE: Had a lot of jobs how do I avert that negative aspect

It's not only "job jumpers" like you - companies these days encourage such behaviour by failing to commit to employees themselves. Plus, the way so many companies burn up cash these days (or did...but I suspect those who can get the money still burn it when they can), how can they expect to keep employees around? They invest in ads and media exposure and executive salaries and bonuses, and not enough in the things that count, like employees (who are in the end making the product, selling it, etc.), especially for the long-term. That, in my view, is what's gone a long way to creating this situation, and until it changes, it'll be that way. If you have the skills, the experience, and are professional you will get a job. The "job jumping" comment is a negotiation position issue mainly - looking for some negative to gain an advantage. If by chance you HAVE come across a company that expects loyalty from their employees, then wow! Nice!! Check to make sure they offer that same commitment in return, and tell them it's a two-way street... Good luck - in this market, you'll need it. But there are a lot of jobs out there...it's finding one that fits both ways that can be hard. Okay, end of rant - and I'll return to the murk from which I rose... ;o)
Sincerely,
Vice President
