Security Professionals,

We are looking for a very senior and seasoned forensic investigator for a full time role within a Fortune 1000 company. This is a slightly technical, but more of a litigation, investigational and policy, role. We are looking for someone who has the experience of working with state and federal law enforcement agencies in the area of computer forensic investigations.

You must be current with the laws regarding computer crime. You must also be familiar with proven investigative strategies, proper handling of evidence, acquiring, authenticating, and analyzing evidence, and scoping, classifying and organizing an investigation.

Experience with Civil litigation and restitution, criminal prosecution, dealing with suspects is a must. As is the ability to develop strong working relationships with law enforcement.

Experience with the Omnibus Act, Privacy Protection Act and Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Fourth Amendment, and other applicable Privacy laws is helpful.

For a confidential interview and further details, please contact me at the following and thank you for your time:

Ben.
