I am looking for a job or consulting position with a security software company. Here are the highlights of my work experience.

Security related projects -
· Evaluate, select and embed strong symmetric key and PKI encryption
algorithms into applications.
· Evaluate, audit and review the design and implemention of Secure Email,
Instant Messaging systems and other mission critical systems for enterprise deployment.
. Penetration tests, evaluate and recommend IDS, IT security design and implementation.

Software System development -
· Architect and design J2EE compliant system using EJB, Servlet, Java
Applet and latest technologies.
· Manage Localization and Internationalization effort of software products
using onshore and offshore teams.
. Performance tuning and troubleshoot system problems.
· Setup offshore the Development and Porting center.
· Working experience with Oracle Replicator and distributed database
systems.
· Setup Asia Pacific Operations for software distribution and marketing.
· Evaluate, design and implement software license key management system.
· Design and deploy ECR/ECN Tracking System, Configuration Management
System, and Engineering to manufacturing data transfer.

Certification and external validation - . Work with outside certification or test labs and agencies. . Working knowledge on DoD Orange book compliance and certification.
· Experience in HIPAA privacy and security issues specially in access
control, audit trial, security and privacy gap analysis.
· Conduct usability, alpha and beta test with live users.
· Assist the company to complete an ISO 9002 certification process.
