 Job Description  

1. Security Planning Develop the long, medium and short-term strategies and plans, and its continued monitoring. Develop the skills of the existing internal resources in strategic planning and management.
2. Information Risk Management Conduct risk assessments of the information assets in accordance with the Information Risk Management framework and procedures, which are based on NIST standards. Develop risk mitigation strategies and plans.
3. Security Quality Assurance Develop the documentation necessary to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ensure the effective planning, operation and control of its processes. Manage the rollout of the customer Quality Management System. Plan and conduct periodic quality compliance audits.
4. Information Security Policies, Standards and Procedures Develop and manage the rollout of the policies, standards and procedures and their adoption to meet the requirements of ISO 17799.
5. Information Security Processes Develop and document complete and detailed security processes in accordance with the ITIL methodology. Provide a detailed job description for all the customer positions.
6. Information Security Research Provide research information on selected topics and subjects, and help the customer in building research team.
7. Program and Project Management Program/project management support for the implementation and management of information security projects, and help customer in developing the required processes and tools to build a program management office.
8. Skill Development Perform an assessment of the customer resources, provide a skill development plan, transfer skills and knowledge to the internal resources, and help the customer in obtaining certification to their resources in all needed functions
9. Operational Support Provide skilled resources for a defined period of time to manage the continued operations, and identify and contract with other vendors who will be in a position to provide the required skills where it cannot be provided by the vendor.
