San Francisco-Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Services: Security Architecture & Design

Our Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) practice is a global leader in helping clients manage risk from the boardroom to the network. As the largest risk management consulting practice of its kind, we provide a broad array of services that allow clients around the world to better measure and manage risk and control, and to enhance the reliability of systems and processes throughout the enterprise. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager candidate with system security consulting background. To be considered for this position the following are essential:

Required Skills:

•	Systems security analysis and design
•	RUP, UML,
•	Integration experience with 3rd party security packages with 
COTS/Custom.  Application.
•	Demonstrated experience with OS - Middleware - Database - 
Application & Network security, deployment and, migration.
•	Industry Experiences in financial services, high-tech, and /or 

Technology experience with the following: • Rational Rose, HTTP, HTML, XML, SOAP, WSDL, J2EE, .NET, MQSeries, MSMQ, TCP/IP, UDP/IP, SQL, SANs, OS/390, CICS, SNA, Cisco, • Directory Services:IPSEC, SSL, TDES/DES, PKI, Windows 2000/NT, Solaris, AIX, OS/390, CICS, Novell, iPlanet

Background:

•	BA/BS in information technology or related field, MS preferred
•	10 to 15 years system security and controls experience
•	CISSP, PMI
•	Prior Big 5/consulting experience.
•	Prior business development experience
•	Excellent verbal and written communication
•	Proven leadership and management experience
