CISSP CISA looking for a senior InfoSec Management / Consulting position

Hello all,
I'm looking for a Senior Information Security position, preferably in Italy or Portugal (permanent residency and language fluency in both countries), any other EU country, California or Florida. I'm actually located in SoCal. Just a summary of my qualifications:
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Auditor
(CISA) with twenty years experience in information systems, with fifteen specializing in the Information Systems Security and Auditing fields.
· Firm knowledge of security-related industry regulations, standards and
practices for compliance in security and privacy with particular attention to the financial and biotech areas.
· Experienced in developing and implementing business-oriented
information security programs applying detailed understanding and interpretation of the relevant regulations, information security, operational risk and quality management standards (GLBA, FDA CFR 21 part 11, HIPAA, Safe Harbor, European Data Protection - Privacy Acts, ISO 17799 / BS7799-2, Basel II, NIST 800-series, COBIT, etc).
· Effective in planning, design and deployment of strategic security
monitoring including Vulnerabilities and Intrusion Management. Skilled at developing, revising, interpreting and integrating IS policies, procedures and security plans and in the implementation of Security Awareness and Training programs. Proficient in conducting and performing Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments risk and vulnerabilities assessments including for Certification and/or Accreditation.
· Core technical expertise focused in Internet, client-server systems and
network security management, risk and security assessment and auditing techniques including threat/vulnerabilities testing.
· Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills. Experienced
in initiating, coordinating and managing cross-functional teams on projects, across international boundaries. A Team player with strong project management, leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent mentoring and human resource management skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels.
