Symantec Enterprise Security Manager needed in Detroit, MI

Looking for Symantec Enterprise Security Manager for Detroit, MI for a 6 month project. Candidate should be certified with Symantec.

Responsibilities include:
Plan for the deployment, test, and then manage the implementation of Symantec's Enterprise Security Manager ("ESM") in the Client environment. Gather network information and develop an ESM architecture that meets the business needs of Client
Investigate User Accounts And Authorizations Document Network And Server Settings
Record File Systems And Directories
Develop ESM Installation Templates
Group agents into domains
Establish an security policy applicable to each domain Map formulated policy
Address platform-specific vulnerabilities (Most Serious Vulnerabilities) Apply ESM default policies
Test ESM at one location
Modify manager/agent configuration and default policies Expand test to include all system types and expected configurations Retest using all system types and most strict policy set (Includes Lesser Vulnerabilities)
Develop roll-out procedures and implement at one location

Provide installation scripts/utilities/etc. Install according to instructions
Interpret ESM results
Modify ESM report outputs
Modify roll-out procedures for implementation at all other facilities Finalize procedures
Train/Inform System Administrators
Provide implementation assistance (limited to hone support)
