Information Security Manager - Seattle, WA - up to 90K base

Hello all,

We are currently looking for an IT Security Manager for a mid size, exciting company in Seattle, WA. This is a full time position and is available immediately.

This position with involve the planning and implementation of security policies and best practices across all divisions of the company. This will involve strategic security planning to establish standards for security infrastructure. You will work with other IT teams across the divisions soliciting input and negotiating commonly accepted practices. This will involve coaching and mentoring sys. admin. teams and acting as the technical lead for selected security implementations.

You will work with the Security Steering Committee and as you can see this role is kind of 'all encompassing' and will definitely keep your plate full. This is a Linux and Unix shop and requires seven years of system/network operations experience and preference will be given to local candidates.
