Duties:  

This is the senior manager level. Candidate will manage the security response development teams in Japan and Sydney. They will direct the daily activities of the team, provide direction and manage staff in developing best practices programs within Symantec Security Response Development; manage performance, conduct performance reviews; develop and manage functional budget; works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Requirements:

Candidate needs a security development background with 10+ years of development experience in firewall, IDS, antivirus or VA technologies and 5+ years management experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
