Duties:

This is an operational management position within Symantec's Host IDS product development team. Responsible for project execution, project visibility and project predictability. Leads the team through the project lifecycle according to the SCP. Creates and owns project master schedule. Responsible for maintenance of on-going communication with all internal and external teams. Moderates weekly team meetings.

Requirements:  

4-6 years experience in commercial software program management. Thorough understanding of project/product life cycle. Strong change and ambiguity management and prioritization skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. "Just Do It!" attitude a major plus.
