We are currently looking for a forensics specialist to
lead our forensics practice. We are a publicly traded
security solutions provider.
Serving as the forensics lead, this consultant would
take an active sales championship role as well as
deliver forensics and security consulting services.
Experience Required
- Detecting, identifying and investigating computer
and network intrusions, using automated technology and
protocol analysis
- Researching and maintaining proficiency in tools,
techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer
and network vulnerabilities, data hiding and
encryption.
- In depth knowledge of computer forensics, strong
experience working with federal and finance,
experience working with Law enforcement
- Experience instituting incident response procedures
- Computer surveillance/monitoring experience
including involvement with HR on employee monitoring
- In depth knowledge of protocol analysis and
experience using protocol analysis in intrusion
detection and incident response
- Knowledge and experiences with:
Evidence seizure
Data recovery
* Vulnerability Analysis
* Hacker Methodology/techniques
* Anti-virus management solutions
* Government regulations (eg. HIPAA,
GLB, CALEA)
* Information security policy and its
relation to HR policies
* Previous public speaking experience preferred
Qualifications/Education
- A minimum of 10 years in the IT Field
- Expert knowledge in Enterprise Security - Firewalls,
Anti-virus solutions, Intrusion Detection and
Vulnerability assessments.
- At least 3-4 years experience in computer forensics,
hacker methodologies, and data recovery
- Demonstrated ability to handle network intrusions,
cyber criminals and network security vandalism
- Demonstrated ability to institute work
- Hands-on experience with digital forensics and
investigations
- Experience working with the federal government
- Government Clearance Desired
- BS/BA in a computer related field
- CISSP desired
