Bachelor's Degree w/ some science courses

or

80 hours of IT training in the last 3 years A+ Certification or equivalent
1 or more years work experience in computer hardware, network administration, software or cyber crime investigations 80 hours of computer forensics training within the last 3 years Completed at least 30 criminal computer forensics examinations consisting of the hard drive evidence, examination of a duplicate work copy and signed written report completed within the last 3 years

or

Served as a full time forensics examiner in a law enforcement organization for the last year or more
