As a Senior Technical Trainer you will be part of an overall plan to ensure that Neoteris Partners and Support personnel are provided with the best possible hands-on education to enable them to deliver enterprise class sales and support. In addition, this position will be responsible for development and delivery of Customer Certification Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for development and facilitation of training plans and curriculum to support the rapidly growing infrastructure. The position will report directly to the VP of Customer Care. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, the SE and TSE teams to ensure all technical personnel are provided with the necessary tools and skills to sell and support Neoteris IVE solutions. This position will also be responsible for the further development of our Reseller and Customer Certification Program to enable our distribution partners to increase their technical selling capabilities and provide large enterprise customers with the necessary tools to take full advantage of the Neoteris IVE solutions.

Training Development/Delivery (Internal)
- Developing and Delivering New-Hire TSE and SE Process and Technical
Hands-On Training
- Develop and Deliver practical lab exercises for TSE and SE personnel to
address new product developments and interoperability situations.

Training Development/Delivery (External)
- Develop and distribute Reseller Customer Training

• New Product Introduction Practical/Technical Training Materials
• Develop and Deliver Train the Trainer curriculum to Reseller SE's domestic and Int'l
• Leverage internal training development for external usage by Resellers.
• Work with Training Partners to certify their training organizations to redeliver and scale our certification programs

Support Site Development and Product Management
- Development of infrastructure and content for customer facing support
website

• Edit, review, and publish technical documentation to reduce repeat customer requests to support organization.
• Work with Product Management and Support to distribute customer education materials via the Support website

Knowledgebase Development
- Develop and manage knowledgebase document standards

• Develop the document control process and project manage the development and review of knowledgebase content for internal and external consumption

Travel Requirements - 30%-50% annually
- Semi-Annual Regional Reseller Certification Training

• Event driven Major Release updates 2x per year
• Support Neoteris and Reseller staff located in US, Japan, India, EMEA

Required Experience
- 7+ years of related technical industry experience.

• Proven track record of success developing, delivering, and managing technical training programs in support of Customer Care and Field Operations for Networking or Enterprise application products.
• Strong management and organizational selling experience
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Good understanding of Layer 7 application protocols such as HTTP(s), HTML, Javascript/VBScript, Java
• Good understanding of Authentication/Authorization technologies: LDAP, RADIUS, ACE, NTLM/Active Dir.
• Good understanding of networking TCP/IP basics
• BS CS with MBA preferred
