Job Description
Responsible for identifying, developing and closing complex consulting
engagements. Has broad sales experience in selling consultative services
around information security and business continuity. Establish and
cultivate relationships with prospective clients, focusing on acquisition
of new clients and/or development of business within existing clients.
Work to qualify opportunity and position consultative services offers.
Team with Avaya Global Services Managers to determine scope, hours,
engagement parameters and pricing. Orchestrate use of consulting
resources in presales process. Responsible for negotiating and closing
the sale along with appropriate contracts and paperwork. Associates
deployed against specific verticals and/or geographically aligned with
sales regions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
5+ years successful track record of selling professional services
to Senior Management executives of large Fortune 500 organizations.
Documented history of new business development and year over year
success
• Experience selling security or business continuity
• Bachelors Degree Required
• Exemplary interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
• Driven, team oriented personal style, who can lead by example
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities
