Network Security Engineer - San Diego Contract - 6 Months+

Exciting San Diego contract to hire opportunity for a seasoned enterprise level Network Engineer. Requires the right combination of hands-on network engineering and security experience. Will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, test and maintenance of the network. Requires network security and network accreditation process experience such as DITSCAP, ATO or CON. Network infrastructure expertise should include routers, switches, repeaters and bridges. Will support both military and commercial activities. Up to 20% travel required. Relevant experience should include large networks experience. Security Clearance a major plus. Must be a US Citizen. Certifications with CISCO or Checkpoint or equivalent desired. Oracle and Storage Area Networks (SAN) a plus.

US Citizenship is required.
