Information Security Officer required - Charlotte, NC

Our client in the finance industry is currently looking for an Information Security Officer.

Will work in a collaborative fashion with the leadership team of the Corporate Information Security, Technology Services Dedicated Team, the Shared Services CIO and business unit .

Key responsibilities of Corporate Information Security include: 1) identifying and assessing the risks that may threaten the client's environment;
2) ensuring a written plan exists containing policies and procedures to manage and control these risks; 3) executing the plan and verifying its effectiveness;
4) revising the plan, as appropriate, to reflect changes in technology, the sensitivity of customer and corporate information, and internal or external threats to the client's information security.
