Western Region - Software Sales Account Exec.

We are looking for someone who can drive sales and who can build
relationships across all levels of the enterprise. You will need to have
strong account management skills with a proven, effective sales process.
Leadership skills with a desire to win in a team environment are highly
prized.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow customer accounts and prospects within the western
region.
Design and execute a complete territory coverage model.
Direct, manage and lead the strategy of other sales team members and
resources throughout the sales cycle.
Accurately forecast and close all territory business to exceed quota.
Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations.
Conduct on-site assessment of customer requirements and needs. Leverage
value added partners, where appropriate, to insure a total solution for
the customer.
Job Requirements:
5 to 10 years of experience selling technical solutions to the
enterprise, ideally security solutions.
Proven ability to manage a large number of sales engagements
simultaneously.
Must have experience in a team sales environment, excel at team
building and have a proven track record of leadership.
Must have a record of quota over-achievement.
A technical background and aptitude is important.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management, organization, and decision-making skills are
critical.
Strong knowledge of security products for Windows and UNIX
Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degrees desired.
At least 50% travel is required.
