Security Engineer needed in Chicago, IL

I am looking for a security engineer who can work in Chicago, IL until the end of the year. Please bear in mind that the contract may be extended. Responsibilities:
Execute customer's information security risk assessment process for new IT infrastructure development projects, existing production systems and applications on a continuous basis. Specific tasks will include:
- penetration testing

• vulnerability research
• Develop software code / scripts, as needed, to exploit specific security vulnerabilities in network protocols, operating systems, applications, and COTS hardware/software components
• Conduct security source code reviews of commercial and custom-built applications Qualifications: In depth hands-on experience in as many of the following areas as possible:
• Vulnerability Identification and Exploitation (without using any automated vulnerability assessment tools);
• OS level Inter-Process Communications (IPC)
• Socket Programming & Network Packet Construction
• Reverse Engineering (binaries, protocols, black-box devices, etc.)
• Debugging (remote application, local binary, etc.)
• Advanced Programming (Web, OS, Server, etc.) in as many languages as possible (Note: C/C++ and assembly programming skills are required)
• General Computer Architecture
• Stellar technical writing, documentation development, process mapping, and visual communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• An ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly, independent of a formal learning environment, is a must
• Financial services industry (Insurance, Banking, Investments) experience a plus
