Seeking Network Security position (will relocate)

I'm a Security Certified Network Security and am seeking a challenging
position. I would relocate to less congested areas (Out of DC/VA).
QUALIFICATIONS

network security programs, firewalls, intrusion detection devices.
· Experience with Microsoft, Novell, UNIX and Macintosh operating
systems.
· Network principles and performance factors, security strategies
and procedures.
· TCP/IP, DNS, Protocols, related Internet experience.
· File management, printer management, and server management.
Network Analysis and Documentation
· Establish baseline trends of network performance
· Understand the performance characteristics of existing network
· Evaluate current computer products
· Compile complete and accurate hardware and software specifications
· Document problem resolutions
Network Installation, Maintenance, and Administration
· Install and configure network server and operating system
· Install and integrate new workstation components and client
software
· Verify that network hardware connection and client software are
operational
· Review network hardware and software for proper operation
· Resolve network-, computer-, and user-related issues
· Check daily for new problem reports or user requests and respond
appropriately
· Prioritize problems and requests according to severity
· Examine nightly backup to ensure success and schedule next backup
· Install and upgrade existing hardware and software applications
· Monitor server and network performance for optimal operation
Security Administration
· Identify backup and restore, security, and recovery requirements
· Implement a reliable back up of network server applications and
user file space
· Prevent unauthorized access to data and resources on the network
· Control the user account management process
Client Services
· Check daily for new problem reports or user requests
· Resolve problems experienced by end users
· Make follow-up calls to users with recent or recurring problems
· Address individual user's needs and preferences
· Educate end users, supporting skill levels ranging from beginner
to expert
· Maintain user accounts, allocations of disk space, and access to
resources
