How do I become a CISO?

Hi,

I have over 15 years of computer security experience.

I have worked in the Big 5 for about 5 years.

I am looking to become a CISO, but unfortunately, there does not seem to be many such CISO spots around.

Anyone have ideas on how to get on the CISO track?
