Software Test Engineer for Network Security Products - Northern Virginia

I am looking for a highly technical software test engineer to work closely with a small and energetic team of UNIX and Windows developers in the Northern Virgina area. This is a great opportunity to test cutting (bleeding) edge security software in a fun and rewarding environment. Most work will conducted at our location in Tyson's Corner, VA, but there will also be opportunities to work from home if desired. Details of the job description are below. Highly desired: BS in Technical field or equivalent experience. BSEE or BS in software engineering. Military testing experience.

Clearance:

Must have had or is currently eligible for a Secret clearance

Desired: Current or recent Top Secret clearance

General Background:

Networking:
Must have working knowledge and experience in configuring and building Unix, Linux, and Windows based networks. Must have working knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls.

Operating Systems:
Must have a working knowledge and experience in installing, configuring, and administering Solaris, Linux, and Windows (NT, 2000, XP) client and server software. Must have ability to assemble and configure Solaris, Linux, and Windows hardware components.

Must have:
Experience in creating and managing testing processes. This includes creating testing processes, test plans, testing procedures, execution of testing procedures, and writing of testing reports. Experience in requirements analysis, processes of developmental test and evaluation (DT&E), functional testing, independent validation and verification.

Desired:
