Product Marketing Manager The Product Marketing Manager is a high impact position, as this person will be a key member of the team which defines the company's product marketing strategy. You will work closely with different functions in the company (Broader Marketing Team, Product Management/Development, Sales, and Manufacturing) to define the product strategy and roadmap and execute on it. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of successfully defining and marketing products in the remote access, enterprise applications, security and/or networking space. Responsibilities -
Define Market Requirements (MRD) Define future product strategy based
on customer needs, competition, and market analysis.
Customer/Market Research Gather customer feedback to understand key
issues/needs and trends in the customer base. Conduct market analysis to
get a broader sense of the market and competitive product use.
Produce Competitive Analysis for use by field and to define
functionality.
Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of product marketing experience in the remote access,
enterprise applications, security, or networking space and knowledge of
emerging web infrastructure technologies.
Must have managed 5+ releases through the entire lifecycle from
definition to pricing, sales support, and deployment.
Must have demonstrated successful experience managing product strategy
for a similar company and/or in an emerging market.
Must be able to excel in a fast pace, startup environment where action
and initiative are prerequisites to survival.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong technical and market knowledge of the networking and security
technology spaces.
