Business Development Director EMEA - based in UK

Hi

I am currently looking for a Business Development Director EMEA for a Major IT Security Company
Role is based in Reading but will require frequent travel

This position is responsible for the following key components within the EMEA organization and manages a team of 7 individuals;
* Driving the success of newer Emerging Technologies across EMEA

• Key pan-European relationships with major consultants and system integrators
• Sales operations (bids, proposals, tenders, maintenance, sales operation processes, tools) and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
• All Financial elements relating to the EMEA sales and marketing operation (budgets, forecasts, compensation plans, tracking pipeline etc.) Part of EMEA management team to assist in driving the success of the region by providing management information, addressing and taking ownership of resolving pan European issues

Package range 80k - 140k sterling depending on experience
