Immediate opening for a Tivoli Access Manager Security Pofessional

Hello,  

We are in need of a good TIVOLI consultant in the area of TIVOLI Access Manager (or Policy Director). The position is going to be in Minnesota.

I appreciate if you can suggest anybody you know. Here are the details:

1. Tivoli Certified consultant ( Tivoli Access Manager Implementation 3.x) required.
2. Experience with at least one large-scale deployment with Tivoli Access Manager as a centralized authentication and authorization mechanism.
3. Strong knowledge of inherent security features in IBM WebSphere 4.x and WebSphere Portal ( such as LTPA tokens, TAI , Credential Vault) and how WebSphere/TAM integration
4. Deep hands on expertise with IBM WebSEAL 3.9. Proficient in all issues regarding configuring junctions, configuring WebSEAL replication, SSL, session management with web clients and backend servers, Single Sign On using WebSEAL and WebSEAL integration issues with junctioned backend web servers/application servers.
5. Solid experience with LDAP (IBM Secure Way) including efficient schema design, LDAP replication, Certificate Management and LDAP integration with Tivoli Access Manager.
6. Knowledge of Web Services and how they relate to the J2EE Security stack.
7. Deep knowledge of SSL and Public Key Infrastructure environments especially IBM GSKit
8. Understanding of network security issues such as firewalls, VLANs etc

WebSphere Specialist Experience in Administration, Configuration and Deployment upgrade, Implementation, and Architecture of Websphere Application Server on Solaris. Load Balancing, troubleshooting the applications and Performance Tuning of Websphere Application Server. Configured and Deployed Websphere Application Server on Clustered Mode. Experience with setting up security infrastructure with WebSphere and Tivoli Access Manager . Java development experience (required to troubleshoot application and configuration issues). Knowledge / Experience of using MQ Series with WebSphere and Web services
