REQUIRED
IBM Tivoli Access Manager
3+ years experience preferred (2 yrs acceptable) in the architecture, design, implementation, configuration, and support phases.

LDAP directory
Strong skills in the architecture, design, implementation, configuration, and support.

IBM Secureway is preferred
Sun One / Netscape / iPlanet Directory is acceptable. 3+ years experience preferred (2 yrs acceptable).

Effectively communicate new ideas and technologies. Experience in giving presentations and/or teaching others is required. Must be able to produce quality documentation. Ability to work within a team is absolutely necessary. Must be confident and skilled enough to work independently (must have experience on teams smaller than 5).

PREFERRED
Java programming and XML technologies (Web Services in particular).
