Research and Development Team Lead -

My client is a leader in the networking and security appliance space with an established global customer base. I am searching for someone to take full responsibility (management, strategic direction, P&L) for managing and developing a vulnerability and advisory subscription service. This person will also play a critical role in helping to shape the strategy and direction of the company's information security focused offerings.

Base qualifications include:

Subject Matter Expertise in vulnerability research and mitigation. Awareness of trends, emerging developments in the vulnerability management space.
Experience working as a part of an R&D team / security advisory service. Ability to manage and grow an R&D team with both remote and on-site employees.
Polished public speaking, presentation and writing skills. Extensive client/customer interaction, the ability to distill client requirements into a viable commercial service. A high level of professional maturity and the ability to work and play well with others.
An interest in joining a company that rewards those who perform and achieve.

Compensation range: $95K-$110K base depending on experience, other compensation to be discussed one on one. Basic relocation assistance is available.
