No Relocation/sponsorship is available. Compensation is based on experience.

Director of Product Development

Leading provider of Enterprise-Level security software products seeks a Director of Product Development for the newest version of their top selling product. Requires well-rounded management and development experience in commercial product development. Must have proven experience taking a packaged software to market as a hands-on leader. Self-directed, organized, and team building skills a must.

• Lead & participate in strategic design & development
• In-depth exp. developing commercial software products
• Security, Network Monitoring, Enterprise Software experience preferred

Unix, NT; C++, Java, Perl, SQL; Oracle, SQL Server Enterprise Scalability, Real-time Correlation, Event Reporting, Rules-Based Agents, Terabyte Databases, OLAP, HP Openview, Patrol

Must be a self-directed take charge individual comfortable in a startup environment. Established customer base and funding provide opportunity for accelerated technology advancement and product offerings.

Requires well-rounded management and development experience in commercial product development. Must be a self-directed, organized, team builder.

• Manage API development for 100 plus network agents
• Build, manage, maintain DBMS of virus definitions
• Manage Test/QA, CM, and Release functions
